We do not sell a faster lane at Indian airports, and we do not quote a clearance time: immigration is run by the Bureau of Immigration, and how long it takes is theirs to decide.
It comes with the Premium and Elite plans on international flights. The lowest of those at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru is ₹6,136 per traveller, GST included; the exact price for your airport, flight and direction is shown in the booking form. It is not sold on its own. The Basic (porter) plan does not include it.
Each airport's list is its own. At most of our other international airports, Premium and Elite include immigration channel queue support; at some, the arrival service begins after immigration. The list shown before you pay is the one you book — please read it for your airport.
Yes, at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, on international flights. On departure your host is with you through check-in, the immigration queue and the security queue, then on to the lounge or gate. On arrival your host meets you, stays with you in the immigration queue, then helps with the baggage and walks you out to the exit or car park. We do not promise a total time either way.

No. We are a private airport assistance company. We are not a government scheme and not part of any airline's programme. We do not interfere with AAI, CISF, the Bureau of Immigration or any airport authority — your host stays with you; the checks are done by the same officers as for everyone else.
